Place an order for the Vital Test™ on the Blood Education Center web site or call our staff and place the order over the phone. By 6am the next morning the forms will arrive by E-mail; a welcome letter, maps to the draw centers closest to their home, and the Lab paperwork needed. You will need to be fasting for at least 12 hours immediately before you go to the draw center.
Once you have your paperwork you can then walk into any one of the 1,500 patient service centers located throughout the United States. No payment is necessary, simply hand them the paperwork that we provided to you, have your specimen collected and you are on your way!
Wait 36 hours from the time your specimen is collected, then check your email for the results. It’s that simple. You will also receive a binder by priority mail containing your blood work originals and educational materials regarding your blood sample.
